          "Life doesn't come with a manual. It comes with a mother." Words aren't enough fo express how  grateful I am to have a wonderful mother. That's why whenever it's the time to celebrate Mother's Day, I take that opportunity to show how thankful I am for all the sacrifices and love that my mother has given to me. Mother's Day in the Philippines is a cherished tradition where we honor the remarkable women who have shaped our lives with their love and care. It's a day dedicated to expressing gratitude and appreciation for the sacrifices mothers make every day. This celebration brings families together to celebrate the indispensable role of mothers in our society.

          In Filipino households, Mother's Day is often celebrated with heartfelt gestures and gatherings centered around the matriarch of the family. Children wake up early to prepare food for their mothers, often surprising them with handmade cards and gifts filled with love. Families also attend church together, offering prayers of thanksgiving for the blessings of motherhood.
